Vibecoding is a craft, not a vibe
Coding with AI is not less rigorous than coding without it. It's a different rigor. Here's what we've learned shipping with agents in our own labs.
There's an idea floating around that vibecoding is just coding with the discipline removed. We've found the opposite. Working well with agents is closer to running a small team than typing into a text editor.
The skill is in the loop: setting the right context, choosing what to verify yourself, writing the test before the agent gets to the keyboard, recognising when to let it run and when to stop and think. Treat it sloppily and you'll ship sloppily faster.
What we teach in our workshops is not prompt tricks. It's the working rhythm — when to write, when to read, when to delete what the agent just wrote. Same craft, new instrument.
